Our Pricing is Simple! We strive to keep our costs low and our quality high. Low overhead means low prices for you. We use state-of-the-art equipment, because quality is important in this business. We invite you to compare our prices both locally and nationally for on-site photo scanning.
On-site Photo Scanning Service
Flat Price (300dpi): $.21/photo*
Flat Price (600dpi): $.32/photo*
• There is a $200 minimum charge for on-site photo scanning. There is a 500 photo maximum for on-site photo scanning. For higher quantities we encourage you to use our mail-in service. If you have over 5,000 photos, please call us for a lower-priced quote!
• There is no travel charge to Northern Davis County (Kaysville and Layton), a $25.00 travel charge to Southern Davis County (Centerville and Bountiful) and a $25 travel surcharge for Salt Lake and Summit counties. There is a $50 travel surcharge for Cache, Box Elder, Utah, and Tooele counties.

Flat Price (600dpi): $.27/photo*
• This price is for 1 to 5,000 photos. If you have over 5,000 photos, please call us for a lower-priced quote! You will be responsible for shipping costs. In addition, if your order is under $200, you will be charged $10 for the DVD.

It's all in the details!
Service includes photos or documents ranging in size from 2.5" x 2.5" to 8.0" x 34". Yes, we scan the back of the photo to capture any writing! It only costs an additional $.05 per image for back-side scanning. Images are scanned at 300 dpi which is considered archival quality. We can scan at higher dpi resolutions for an additional charge.
* Service includes burning to (1) gold archival DVD rated to protect your images for 100 years. Additional DVD's cost $10/apiece.
* We also sell external hard drives for scanned photos. Ask us about the benefits and pricing.
